The Curation

From Grain to Glass

We select each barrel with absolute focus on the charred white oak influence and the rickhouse sweet spot. Our allocations are uncut, unfiltered, and chosen for those who appreciate the patience of a nine-year maturation.

Every bottle in our collection tells the story of the hands that coopered the wood, the grain that fed the mash, and the quiet years spent in the dark of the cellar.

Our Standard

Uncompromising Curation

We do not chase mass-market trends. We partner directly with historic distillers to secure exceptional, low-yield runs that showcase the true character of the oak.
